If you can safely get them out of the box now that it's been several days, it'd be good to do so. You'll avoid attracting ants that way. I have a next with 3 eggs. One has hatched (yesterday). The other two have not. Will they hatch? I see the parents actively feeding the new one. This is the second year I've had an active next. Last year they nested in a purple martin house. However, I believe a startling or house sparrow got to them last year. We built a new bluebird box and took down the purple martin box.
